DownSide: The 2025-26 period has been the slowest to date for our Matterport Virtual Tour Creations for New Home Builds. TV talking heads squawk about tariffs and construction costs and mortgage rates and qualified buyers and on and on… Still not sure there’s any one thing causing the downturn, but there it is. It just is. We’ll see what the ’26-’27 cycle looks like in hope of something shaking loose.
UpSide: Our 2026 programs for the Z Club of America have tripled by forging new Chapters across America. We’ve added three Regional Chapters in just a few months in Las Vegas NV, Danielson CT and Orlando FL. In no time, these Chapters attracted Z Owners to participate in a variety of events and further growing our membership and followers.
BrightSide: Our 4th Annual All Japan Showdown (AJS26) event was another great success with more participants, more JDM cars, more Daiko Drummers and more motorsports enthusiasts! New for this year was a special arrangement to entice vendors that simply asked for a $100 Donation to support our local Muscular Sclerosis organization.
StrongSide: The activity and clientele for our MuscleSpazms Studios has been steadily growing our operations by regularly offering new advancements in workout regiments focused on common body ailments among Senior Citizens.
